Description

The Reserve 30|HD is specially designed for trail riding and the abuse trail bikes dish out. They feature a 30mm width for use with 2.5 tires and a redesigned inner rim bed that takes the hassle out of seating new tires.

Redesigned Rim Bed

The 30|HD's redesigned rim bed eases tubeless installation, with a shaped rim bed utilizing offset spoke holes that allows the tire to easily push past the bead bump to seat tubeless tires.

Ride and Race Tested

The Reserve 30|HD is designed to be put through its paces and come out unscathed. So whether you’re sending it down your local steeps or hitting an EWS track, these are the trail bike wheels that keep delivering.

Asymmetrical Design

Asymmetrical rims, like those on the 30|HD, build stiffer, stronger and more reliable wheels by improving the bracing angles and equalizing the spoke tensions between the drive and non-drive side spokes.

What's with the raised square-shaped area around the spokes?

That's material right where you need it. With information from testing in our carbon lab in hand, we set about determining how to build the strongest rim possible, and part of the result is the square-shaped reinforcements you can see around the spoke holes.

Can you build me a wheelset if I send you my hubs? Do you sell rim-only?

We do not currently offer wheelbuilding services, but we do offer rim-only options so you can have your dream wheels built by an experienced wheelsmith.
